The Diabolical Dr Freidastein needs new subjects for her evil human experiments. lucky for her, two girls are stranded as their car breaks down and the two are in need of shelter. One of the victims gets to a phone before she’s captured, and calls her friend Nancy Crew for help, but will she save the day, or end up in the clutches of the Doctor as another experiment?
